About Me

Christina Kiefer is a public relations specialist, writer and editor based in Sacramento, California. She has a decade of experience working in both the public relations and public affairs sectors. She has a true passion for media relations, and extensive experience serving as a spokesperson on behalf of clients.

Prior to starting her own business, Christina worked at a public relations and public affairs firm in Downtown Sacramento, leading a team that served a number of corporate, small business and non-profit clients. She quickly grew with the company ultimately assuming the role of director, managing a team of ten and serving on the firm’s senior management team. Christina provided project leadership and management for several clients including major fitness corporations, higher education institutions and multiple government agencies, to name a few.

Christina has worked with a number of print and broadcast journalists in California and beyond, and has placed stories for clients in prominent publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Sacramento Bee, Arizona Daily Republic, The Oregonian and Honolulu Star Advertiser.

Christina graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Public Relations. In her spare time, she volunteers for a non-profit organization, Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) that serves young mothers and their children in the Sacramento community because "better moms make a better world."

Born and raised in Northern California, Christina enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading, traveling, attempting to cook and eating chocolate like it's going out of style. She lives in Sacramento with her husband Andrew, and their three children, Benjamin, Grace and Jack.
